A Note About Our Hotels in Portugal

At Immersa Global we understand how important it is to select the perfect hotel for your tailor-made trip to Portugal. During our initial conversations, we'll ask you very specific questions about your lodging expectations and preferences as we work behind the scenes to select the perfect property in each city and town that you'll visit.  

It is important to note that we only recommend properties that we've personally visited and fallen in love with ourselves. Immersa Global’s leader, Sheree M. Mitchell, travels around Portugal each year vetting new hotel partners and revisiting old ones to ensure the level of quality that we and our clients have come to expect. 

As an American-owned and operated destination management company in Portugal, we're also very aware of the huge difference between the Portuguese and American hotel ranking systems. Many properties that are listed as 5-star hotels in Portugal, would be considered 4-star hotels by US standards.

If you decide to work with us, in the detailed version of your tailor-made programs, we will always make this distinction very clear. You'll also find Sheree's personal (and very honest) comments about each property.
